Building Tolerance
New to high-stim pre-workouts? Start with a half scoop to assess your tolerance before moving to a full serving. Never exceed 1 serving in a 24-hour period.
Stacking Advice
C4 Ultimate can be stacked with a non-stimulant intra-workout (BCAAs/EAAs) or a stimulant-free creatine, but should not be combined with any other caffeinated pre-workout, energy drink or stimulant-based fat burner on the same day.
